Auf zehn eigenen\u00a0Hektar baut er die Trauben f\u00fcr seine besonderen Sekte an. Diese liegen mindestens drei Jahre auf Hefe, der Jahrgangssekt MonRose sogar 10 Jahre. Deutschlandweit ist das Sektgut einzigartig und bekommt bei unz\u00e4hligen Schaumweinverkostung H\u00f6chstnoten.
